I have owned 7 German Shorthair Pointers in my lifetime and this little gal is by far the best hunting dog I’ve ever had! I’ll confess that I’ve spent very little training time with her – so I was amazed and THRILLED at the way she performed when we took her on her first big hunt up to Iowa. (at the age of 2) She was a total STAR! Wore us out. She wouldn’t leave until the last bird had been harvested! I’ve never seen any dog born with instincts like hers! I would totally recommend any pup bred by Power Pointers!

I found April on PuppyFind.
After making contact, I think we traded a hundred emails. Ken or April were fast
to respond to MANY questions I had. We bought a 6mo old Male & he was
everything they said he was & more. He fits our family perfect. The dogs
they raise are incredible & we would recommend them to other potential
buyers. They do put their animals first & it shows when you get your new
family member home.

I bought a puppy about a year ago from April and Ken.
He is the best dog I have ever had. Me and my wife love him very much. When I
was deployed oversea, we found out my wife was pregnant and it was becoming
dificult for my wife to care for the dog. We called April and asked for help,
not knowing what to expect, but just like they said when we got him they would
help us with any problem, anytime we needed. Now Rosco is being cared for and
watched by April and Ken until I return from Iraq. They really do stand by thier
word and care for thier puppies even after they go to a new home. This is by far
the best breeder I have ever gotten a puppy from. The fact that they are willing
to watch our dog for a year while I serve my country is amazing! They watched
Rosco free of charge for a year, and then returned him to us when I came home.
Thank you so much for all your help. We couldn't have done it with out you
guys!

My husband and I went to Aprils place where we purchased a male puppy. We were amazed at
how beautiful the parents were...Beautiful, nice built and wonderful
temperments. We were very impressed with them all. April was extremely helpful
and answered all our questions. She was very prompt to respond to ALL my emails
and calls and was very kind and with the nice breeding stock she and her husband
have and her drive to help breed good quality pups we feel that she is one of
the best breeders that we have found. Our puppy is very happy and very playful
and doesnt have any problems with our children or our other pets. If anyone is
consider purchasing a pup from her and are unsure, dont be because she is
honest. Thank you so much for such a beautiful pup, he is everything we hoped
for.

I just LOVE my new puppy. She has been amazing. I just want to thank April and her husband
again and say to others this is a great kennel you can really see how much they
love thier dogs. I didnt believ she kept thema all inside but when i came
out.... IT WAS AMAZING!! they have 2 bedrooms for just thier dogs, and the dogs
she owned were each so well behaved!!! April told me every thing I needed to
know about the puppy I just bought. Our vet was very pleased with how healthy
she is and said she was very well cared for, also I was very excited when we got
home and "Ash" our puppy was already potty trained! Any way, I just wanted to
share about how pleased we are and wish you the best of luck.
